What We Do
By combining magnetism and entrepreneurship, we aid businesses in innovating their production technologies and protecting the environment and the health of consumers. Our machines can be found in various industries all across the globe.
Work Environment
We started as a family business project that has now grown into a production company with 42 employees. We wish to continue to grow in the long-term, yet maintain our tradition of a family business, where we all know each other, care about one another and have room for further growth on a personal and professional level. 29 people have been with us for over 5 years | 10 people have been with us for over 15 years.
Meetings outside of the office hours
Occasionally we agree on passing our leisure time actively together. We go for a bicycle ride, play badminton or bowling. A guided visit to the Orlík power station which we did as whole families with children or the Skalka querry in Mníšek pod Brdy were very interesting too.
Work-life balance
We want our colleagues to feel comfortable and have time for personal activities and family. We work one shift - production from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. To combine personal and family activities with work, we have flexible working hours in our offices. In addition to vacation time, we have 6 days of recreational leave per year and 2 days of indisposition leave.
