We developed this ultra powerful permanent magnetic separator to bring the power of an electro-magnet into the permanent version with all of its advantages such as:

The RIPPER’s magnetic system is so strong that it beats ranges of electromagnetic overbelts used for the cross use above the belts 800 – 1400 mm (up to 11 kW).Our engineers managed to develop solution able to pick up a nail from the distance of more than 800 mm or a shaft D15 from more than 500 mm.
The RIPPER is advantageous to use wherever you need to automatically remove ferrous particles from a high layer of material on a quickly moving conveyor. Its completely stainless-steel frame helps with the machine cleaning and is able to resist in hospitable conditions such as wet, dusty or acid environments.
